When you browse
This website records first-party page and interaction events to understand which services and tools are useful. These events contain an allowlisted page, action, category and time, not names, email addresses or form answers. We do not use advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable client analytics. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the site.
Your theme preference
We save your Light, Dark, or System choice in local storage and use a theme-resolved cookie so the site opens in the right appearance. The cookie lasts up to one year. These settings contain no contact details and are not used for tracking.
When you get in touch
When you submit an inquiry, we store your contact details, organization, message and consent on our server so we can respond. If you choose to share an assessment, its answers and preliminary snapshot are included. Authorized delivery and customer-management providers may process the submission when configured for follow-up. We do not sell inquiry details.
Assessment and attribution
Assessment answers stay in the current page until you submit them for follow-up. We keep the first landing path and campaign labels in session storage for the current tab and include them with your inquiry. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not included in analytics. Reloading clears unsent assessment answers.
Retention and access
We retain inquiry records as needed to respond and manage an ongoing relationship. Interaction records support review of the website’s conversion flow. Access is limited to the people and providers handling the inquiry or operating the site. You can request deletion using the contact below.
What to include
Please don’t include passwords, customer records, or confidential business data in an initial enquiry. If a project requires sensitive information, we will agree on an appropriate way to share and handle it.
